What is hope?

Hope is that thing that we need every day. It is what keeps us going and lets us continue, even on bad days. We can always hope, even when nothing else is left.

My book, Reconstructing Hope, is about finding hope in the difficult breast cancer journey. It is meant to provide hope and community for patients and their loved ones. It is also meant to help medical providers caring for them understand their struggles and help them keep that hope alive.

I am working on a new book, a novel. It is the story of two women from different corners of the world who face their own struggles and hang on to faith and hope despite seemingly impossible odds. It is a story of love and war and friendships that cross international and cultural barriers, but more than that, it is a testament to resilience and the power of hope.
